Eevee (Japanese: イーブイ Eievui) is a Normal-type Pokémon.

Eevee is an "Evolution Pokémon". It is called this because it can evolve into one of currently seven different Pokémon through various means, more than any other currently known Pokémon. It is the starter Pokémon for the main character of Pokémon XD, and the starter Pokémon for the rival in Pokémon Yellow.

Eevee can evolve three ways by evolutionary stone during each and every generation: it becomes Vaporeon with a Water Stone, Flareon with a Fire Stone, and Jolteon with a Thunderstone. These are the most common evolutions due to the ease at which they can be activated, however, later generations released four more evolutions.

In Generation II, like several other Generation I Pokémon, Eevee got new evolutions— two of them. Both of these evolutions are achieved through happiness. It can evolve into Espeon if, after it reaches the required happiness value, it gains a level during the day. If it reaches this value, and then levels up during the night, it evolves into Umbreon. In Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald, it evolves into Espeon between noon and midnight and Umbreon between midnight and noon. An Eevee cannot evolve into Espeon or Umbreon in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen Versions, due to their lack of an internal clock; the Eevee must be traded to one of the Hoenn-based games in order to evolve into the two. The ironic part about this, of course, is that trading resets the happiness value.

In Generation IV, Eevee has two more evolutions added to its already large family, Leafeon and Glaceon. These evolutions, like their predecessors Espeon and Umbreon, take advantage of a newly-introduced evolutionary trigger: location of level-up. In particular, they evolve from Eevee when it is leveled up in Eterna Forest, where there is a moss-covered rock for Leafeon and on Route 217, where there is an ice-covered rock for Glaceon.

Deoxys (Japanese: デオキシス Deoxys) is a Psychic-type Pokémon.

Deoxys has four different forms. In Generation III, its form depends on what game is being played. In Generation IV, its form can be changed at will in Veilstone City.

Deoxys evolves neither to anything, nor from anything, and is the last Pokémon in the Hoenn Dex and National Dex within Generation III.

Feebas

Feebas (Japanese: ヒンバス Hinbass) is a Water-type Pokémon.

Feebas is known for its extreme rarity and it generally takes a long time to find one in the main series games where they are only found in a set number of randomly chosen fishing "tiles" on large bodies of water. For example, Route 119 in Hoenn has hundreds of squares that the fishing rod can be used on in the river that runs down it but Feebas is only found in six of them. However, Feebas are actually very common where they are found making it easy to catch multiple members of the species once one has been located.

Feebas evolves into Milotic by maxing out its Beauty condition, which is achieved through feeding it Pokéblocks or Poffin. Much like Magikarp and Remoraid, it is also a Water-type that does not resemble its evolved form.

Palkia

Physiology

Palkia looks dinosaur-like, similar to Dialga, though it seems to be based off of a therapod as it stands upright. Although it possesses wings, it does not possess the ability to fly more than a couple feet off the ground. It has plates on its shoulder area, where two pink pearls reside. Palkia has a long neck and a powerful tail.

Gender differences

Palkia is genderless.

Special abilities

Palkia has the ability to warp space. In the Pearl version of the game, it is mentioned on the statue in Eterna City that it can create alternate realities.

Palkia's skills in battle are mostly the same as Dialga's, except that Palkia can learn a handful of Water-type moves. Palkia is also slightly faster than Dialga and has weaker defensive stats.

Palkia's powers can be magnified with the Lustrous Orb.

Palkia is the only known Pokémon that learns Spacial Rend (apart from an event Darkrai released for the tenth movie in Japan, and Smeargle who can Sketch it).

Behavior

Like Dialga, Palkia lives in a different dimension, making its behavior nearly impossible to study.

Habitat

Legends say that it lives "in the gaps of space which are aligned in parallel."

Shadow Lugia

Shadow Lugia (Japanese: ダークルギア Dark Lugia), codenamed XD001, is a Lugia corrupted by the criminal organization Cipher. It is believed to be the ultimate Shadow Pokémon, completely immune to purification. As a sign of its corruption, unlike other Shadow Pokémon, Lugia's appearance changes from that of a normal Lugia.

In the prologue of Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness, XD001 attacks the cruise ship S.S. Libra, which had been carrying many Pokémon to Orre. However, XD001 drops the ship in the middle of the desert leading to Cipher having to catch the Pokémon left in the ship.

During the course of the game, XD001 is mentioned often, but never seen. One of Cipher's administrators, Lovrina, tells Michael that it was she who created XD001, and reveals that she has perfected it to be immune to purification when he encounters her again on Citadark Isle.

As well on Citadark Isle, Michael finally confronts Lugia, sent out by Greevil to defeat the boy before the other six (also Shadow) members of his party.

After capturing Lugia, Michael will find that Lovrina was right-- Shadow Lugia cannot be purified through battling with it, using colognes, or by any other normal means. However, the Purification Chamber, which was jointly developed by Michael's father and Professor Krane will be able to do the trick, but only if all nine of the chambers within it are at maximum tempo.
